What is a Home Sleep Test?

Home Sleep Test (HST) is a convenient, comfortable way to test for a sleep disorder like sleep apnea. It takes place in the comfort and convenience of a patient's own home.

Prior to the test, the patient is instructed by a technician on how to use the home-testing machine. The patient then goes home, turns on the machine, and sleeps in his own bed while the machine records metrics like pulse and the effort with which the patient is trying to breathe. It is a simple, comfortable way to ascertain if you are suffering from a sleep disorder.

If it is sent by mail, the machine will be shipped to you directly. Once you are finished with the machine, you will ship it back to us. You never even have to leave your home!
