Why is it Important to Choose an In-Network Provider?

If you choose to have your sleep study or PAP device set-up with an out-of-network provider, your financial responsibility could be well over $1000 for each service!
If you choose an in-network provider, your financial responsibility is a fraction of that and may be as low as $0.
We verify your insurance so you know your financial responsibility before your service.

Important Info About Insurance Coverage for Sleep Studies and PAP Therapy:

You must be referred by a primary care physician or specialist for a sleep study.
Your insurance will typically cover a sleep study if it is deemed medically neccesary.
HMO insurances require authorization. We can schedule your service once it is properly authorized to Advanced Sleep Medicine Services, Inc.
Many PPO insurances now also require authorization. We will request authorization from your insurance.
